Barbara Ann Waller, 87

Barbara Ann Waller, 87 of West Portsmouth, died Saturday, April 27, 2024 at Rest Haven Nursing Home. She was born June 11, 1936, in Portsmouth, to the late Homer and Eileen Benson Ratcliff.

Along with her parents, Barbara was preceded in death by her best friend and husband Lowell “Tom” Waller.

Barbara was a retired bus driver for Happy Hearts School, a former member of the Eastern Star was a current member Rehoboth Mission Church.

Barbara is survived by a son, Roger Wayne Waller, a daughter, Pamela Waller, 3 grandchildren; Steven (Kelley) Alloway, Nathaniel Waller and Jessica “Jess” Smith,6 great grandchildren; Kirstin (Mason) Bryant, Wyatt Waller, Levi Smith, Blake Waller, Walker Brown and Abel Waller, and 2 great, great grandchildren; Landyn and Maia Waller, nieces; Linda Distel, Mary and John Snodgrass and Cathy Harris, her best friends; Juanita Simpson, Suzie Stall and Dean Ratcliff and her special neighbors, Nick and Melissa Coche and family, along with several cousins.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Saturday, May 4, 2024 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Joey Nelson officiating and interment in Sunset Memorial gardens.
