David Osborne, 66

David Osbourne, 66, of West Portsmouth, died Tuesday, September 19, 2023, at Country Living Assisted Living Facility. He was born May 4. 1957 in Gallipolis to the late Joseph and Gladys (Baker) Osborne.

Along with his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Jerry. David was an avid fan of classic rock music. Both listening and playing it on his guitar (which he had a great collection of through the years).

David is survived by 2 brothers, Bob and Joe; 4 sisters, Kathy, Pat, Cyl, and Mary; as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the direction of the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com.
