Donna F. Willis, 81

Donna F. Willis, 81 of West Portsmouth, went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ Wednesday January 22, 2025 at SOMC Hospice. She was born April 2, 1943 in Portsmouth to the late Harry and Oteene Powell Perkins.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Sherry Lynn Vernier; 2 brothers, Rodney Thompson and Harry Perkins Jr.; sisters, Deanna Flaugher and Lavon Kirk; a grandson, Alex Jordan; a great grandson, Aiden Vernier; and her former husband and father of her children, Edward Payne Willis.

Donna was devoted Christian who loved to talk about her faith. She always said to her family “Her family circle shall not be broken and everyone in it will be saved.”

She is survived by a daughter, Kimberly M. (Scott) Coleman; 2 sons, Edward P. (Ginger) Willis II and Jason Matthew (Erica) Willis; grandchildren, Roger (Tiffany) Vernier, Ryan Vernier, Scottie (Heather) Coleman, Chris (Sarah) Coleman, Caleb Willis, Addison Willis, Lila Brown and Andrew Brown; great grandchildren, Gracie and Sophie Vernier, Brayden and Bryson Vernier, Cayden and Caysen Coleman, Noah and Haley Coleman, and Cruze and Ivy Jordan.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Saturday, January 25, 2025 at Gateway Church Of God located at 1702 6th Street, Portsmouth Ohio 45662.  Friends may call at Church on Saturday starting at 12:00 PM  Noon.
