Frances J. Williamson, 83

Frances J. Williamson, 83 of West Portsmouth, died Sunday, August 31, 2025 at Bridgeport Hospice in Portsmouth. She was born June 9, 1942 in Berne, New York to the late Paul and Verma Skinner Brooks.

Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Glynn Richard Williamson, a daughter, Tami Wetzig and a brother, Daniel Brooks.

She was a retired bookkeeper and a member of Nauvoo Methodist Church.

Frances is survived by a daughter Mary (Rob) Deaver of West Portsmouth, 4 grandchildren; Daniel Deaver, Paul Wetzig, Nicole Deaver and Wade Wetzig along with 3 great grandchildren; Alexia Deaver, Mia Rawlins and Kami Baldwin.

A memorial service for Frances will be held 5:00 PM Friday, September 5, 2025 at Nauvoo Methodist Church in West Portsmouth.. Arrangements are under the direction of the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com.
