Harcel Harris Jr., 56

Harcel Harris Jr., 56 of West Portsmouth, passed away Thursday, January 11, 2024 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. He was born May 20, 1967 in Portsmouth, to the late Harcel Harris Sr. and Darlene McLucas Moore. He was also preceded in death by his stepfather, Stanley B. Moore.

Harcel loved life and loved spending time with family.

Harcel is survived by his wife, Diane Blake Harris, who he married on January 12, 1990, a stepdaughter Tiffany Reynolds, 2 sisters: Carolyn Brown and Sherry Swords, step granddaughter, Leah Thomas, uncle Lewis Harris and aunt, Shirley (George) Gray along with several nieces and nephews.
