Jeffrey L. Evans, 49

Jeffrey L. Evans, 49, of West Portsmouth, passed away Tuesday, December 30, 2025, at Southern Ohio Medical Center.

He was born February 2, 1976, in Portsmouth, to the late William Blevins and Mary Evans Blevins, who survives.

Along with his father, Jeffrey was preceded in death by his brother, Bill Evans.

Jeffrey was a graduate of Portsmouth West High School. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved fishing, but most of all, he cherished the time he spent with his grandchildren, who were the joy of his life.

Along with his mother, he is survived by his wife of 29 years, Pamela Collins Evans; four sons, Brandon (Ashley) Evans, Matthew Evans, Justin Evans, and Austin Evans; two brothers, Kody Blevins and William Blevins; one sister, Christy Evans; and three grandchildren, Jase Lee Jeffrey Evans, Aubree Evans, and Brantley Evans.
