Jeffrey Neil Hubbard, 61

Jeffrey Neil Hubbard, 61 of Portsmouth, died Friday, December 27, 2024 at his home. He was born October 20, 1963 in Sandusky, Ohio to the late Larry Hubbard and Barbara Davis Hubbard.

Jeff was a United Sates Air Force veteran and was retired from Southern Ohio Correctional facility after 15 years of service. He was an avid outdoorsman. He loved hunting and fishing.

Jeff is survived by his wife Penny Manchester Hubbard whom he married on July 2, 1999, a son J.D. (Alexis) Jones, 3 daughters; Sarah (Eddie) Coleman, Nichole (Nate) Grilliot and Danielle (Chad) Hubbard, along with 9 grandchildren; Gavin Montgomery, Breanna Conkel, Braiden Montgomery, Izaiah Conkel, Braxton Jones, Eli Conkel, Landon Conkel, Clover Jones, Teddy Grilliot and one on the way.

Funeral services will be 7:00 PM Monday, December 30, 2024 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Rick Phillips officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday starting at 6:00 PM. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com.
