Judy K Spencer, 70 of West Portsmouth, died Thursday, December 28, 2023 at her home. She was born January 22, 1953 in Portsmouth to the late Janet Hayes.

Judy is survived by her longtime companion Ralph Hodge and a stepdaughter Rachael Wright of Sardinia, 5 grandchildren, 3 aunts: Ida Johnson of McDermott, Martha Hillebrand of Granite City, Illinois and Evelyn Brannan of Laurinburg, North Carolina, along with many cousins and friends. .

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday January 11, 2024 at Lute Cemetery in McDermott. Arrangements are under the direction of the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth. Condolences and donations can be made at www.rogerwdavisfuneralhopme.com.
