Patty Ann Weaver, 77

Patty A. Weaver, 77 of West Portsmouth, passed away at SOMC on Thursday September 29, 2022.  She was born July 17, 1945, to the late Herbert & Elizabeth Ratliff.

Patty and her husband worked together to build the locally known business of Weaver’s Gas & Oil, where she retired.  Patty was known to her family as the strongest, most caring mother, sister and friend.  She put others before herself for as long as can be remembered.  

Along with her parents, Patty was preceded in death by her husband, John Weaver, her daughter, Beth Ann Weaver, and brothers Herbie Ratliff & Danny Ratliff, and sister, Tootsie Timmerman.

Patty is survived by her daughter, Dee Weaver Cox (Bryan) and a son, Darrell Weaver (Jenny) and by her grandchildren, whom she loved more than life itself, Brittany Cox Chandler (Matt), Courtney Cox, Blaine Weaver, Brandon Weaver (Morgan), and two sisters, Deborah Ratliff Vollrath (Fred), Sherry Ratliff Clark and brother Ricky Ratliff (Janice), along with many nephews, nieces and special friends.

Funeral services will be 1:00PM Tuesday October 4, 2022 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Rick Ratliff officiating and interment in Scioto Burial Park.
