Phyllis K. Mills, 69

Phyllis K. Mills, 69 of West Portsmouth, died Saturday, August 9, 2025 at Portsmouth Health and Rehab. She was born July 23, 1956 in Portsmouth, to the late Lester Leroy and Jessie Grimm Mills.

Along with her parents ,Phyllis is preceded in death by 2 brothers; Harold Mills and Michael McKinley and 2 sisters; Bessie Jordan and Wilma Jarrells.

Phyllis worked at Southern Hills Hospital for 10 years. And was a member of Jerico Baptist Church. Phyllis is survived by sisters; Jerry Mills Chapman, Ruth Mills and Wanda Collins.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Thursday, August 14, 2025 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Francis Wiley officiating and interment in Worley’s Run Cemetery.
