Rosie Jane Colley, 86

Rosie Jane Colley, 86 of McDermott died Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at her home.  She was born September 19, 1934 in Johnson County, Kentucky to the late Jessie and Eliza Ann Puckett Spencer.  Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by 3 sons; Davie Pence, Jerry Allen, and Terry Pence, 2 brothers; Frank Spencer and Johnny Spencer, and 2 sisters; Gladys Logan and Alta Collins.

She retired as a home health aid and was a member of the McDermott Bible Believing Church. 

Rosie is survived by her husband, Donald Colley whom she married April 9, 1976, a daughter, Diana Allen, 2 grandchildren; Beverly (Mark) Hanson and Michelle (Tige) Hamm, 7 great grandchildren; Grace, Peyton, Gabby, Gage, Gavin, Maddy, and Marleigh, 2 brothers; Paul Spencer and Arnold Spencer, a sister, Evelyn Blair, along with several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Friday, May 14, 2021 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Chaz Horsley and Keith Monroe officiating and interment in Scioto Burial Park.  Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday starting at 11:00 AM.  Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com.
