Stanley “Marty” Weghorst, 56

Stanley “Marty” Weghorst, 56 of West Portsmouth, died Friday January 7, 2022 at his residence. He was born July 11, 1965 in Scioto County to the late Stanley Weghorst and Golda Stone Lawhorn.

Along with his parents he was preceded in death by 2 brothers; Jack Stone and Harrison Stone, 2 sisters; Kathy Litz and Pam Parlin.

Marty is survived by his wife Susie Weghorst, 2 sons; Stanley (Heather) Hatfield and Rickey (Kierstin) Weghorst, a daughter Tiffany Hatfield, 2 brothers; Jeff Weghorst and Greg Weghorst, 8 grandchildren; Christopher Johnson, Tyler Johnson, Jaden Hatfield, Brandon Chafin, Hannah Cook, Maesyn Hatfield, Caesyn Hatfield and Graesyn Hatfield and a great grandchild Jackson Johnson.

Private burial will be at Scioto Burial Park in McDermott. The family asks that donations be made to the funeral home. Arrangements are under the direction of the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth. Condolences and donations can be made at www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com.
