Vickie Lee Locher, 76

Vickie Lee Locher, 76 of West Portsmouth, died Monday, October 28, 2024 at OSU Medical Center in Columbus. She was born May 1, 1948 in Portsmouth to the late Carl and Jean Gayhart Bloomfield.

Along with her parents she was preceded in death by a brother Carl Eugene Bloomfield, a sister Carla Jean Bloomfield and a grandson Dahkota Levi Messer.

Vickie is survived by a son Michael Locher, a sister Sally Cook, sister in law Kacey Bloomfield, 2 grandchildren; Kimberly (Jeremy) Horton and Tessa Crisp, 3 great grandchildren; Amira Williams, Raelynn Conley and JoshLyn Horton.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Monday, November 4, 2024 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Gary Newman officiating and interment in Scioto Burial Park.
