Virginia Parker, 71

Virginia Parker, 71 of Blue Creek died Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at Southern Ohio Medical Center.  She was born May 27, 1949 in Portsmouth to the late John and Peachie Cooper Parker.  Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Herbert “Buck” Parker and a sister, Dolly Cook.

Virginia is survived by her companion of 44 years, Aubrey Williams of Blue Creek, a daughter, Donna (Cameron) Rothwell of Lynx, 3 sons; Johnny (Crystal) Williams of West Portsmouth, Billy (Gidget) Parker of Lynx, and Robert Parker of Stout, 9 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, a special niece, Donna Lynch of Blue Creek, a special nephew, Frank Lynch of Blue Creek, along with several nieces, nephews, and friends.

Funeral services will be 3:00 PM Saturday, January 9, 2021 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Sammy Evans officiating and interment in McKendree Cemetery.  Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday starting at 1:00 PM.  Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com.
