William Shaffer, 51

William Shaffer, 51 of West Portsmouth died Saturday, May 30, 2020 at Adena Regional Medical Center. He was born October 11, 1968 in Portsmouth to the late William Lewis and Phyllis Rigsby Shaffer. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Joseph Michael Shaffer.

William is survived by 2 brothers; Phillip Wade Shaffer and John Edward Shaffer, and a special cousin and friend, Walt Weaver.

Graveside services will be 12:00 PM Friday, June 5, 2020 at Vaughters Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com.
