Evelyn Hughes, 89

Evelyn Hughes, 89 of Lucasville, went to be with her Lord Jesus on Monday September 21, 2015 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. She was born January 10, 1926 in Carter County, Kentucky to the late Richard and Savilla Seagraves Conn. Along with her parents Evelyn was preceded in death by a son Richard Hughes, 3 daughters; Alane Hughes, Barbara Hughes and Donna Hughes and 3 brothers.

Evelyn is survived by a daughter Lora Bowen of Owl Creek and 8 grandchildren; Richard Howard, Tom Hughes, Melissa Hall, Albert L. Breech, Jason Hughes, Evelina Bowen, Lindsay Bowen and Bethany Raby, 14 great grandchildren and several great great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 12 Noon Friday September 25, 2015 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Mark Bales officiating and interment in Lucasville Cemetery.
